We accept some Insurance, Flexible Spending(FSA), Health Savings(HSA), and Worker’s Compensation.

Healthnet patient’s please provide the receptionist with your Healthnet information and your benefits will be verified before your visit.
Veterans can be seen via Triwest/ Veteran’s Affairs Community Care Program however a referral from your doctor is needed and authorization from the VA. Speak to a VA representative about the Community Care Program. Once you are approved feel free to request our site via Triwest.
If you have a PPO insurance that is not listed, I will be able to provide you with a Super Bill to submit for out of pocket reimbursement. You are responsible for verifying your out of network acupuncture benefits with your insurance and for payment at the time of the visit.
FSA/HSA: Acupuncture is covered by all FSA/HSA. If you have an FSA or HSA card you can use it to pay for acupuncture. If you do not have a card you will pay via cash, check, or another card and I will provide a detailed receipt to submit to your plan. Some plans cover herbs and supplements, some do not – please verify with your account if you plan on using your card for herbal medicine.
Worker’s Compensation: We are in network with most Worker’s Compensation insurance carriers either directly or indirectly.
If you have been approved for acupuncture as part of your Worker’s Compensation case ask your provider to send the authorization to our office or please contact our office and leave a message with your Name, Claim #, Insurance Carrier, Date Of Birth, and Email/Phone. Please allow up to a week to allow for the insurance company to authorize us to treat you. Please do not contact us if you have not been approved as we are unable to assist with this. Authorization must be received from the insurance carrier before your initial visit. A referral from your Worker’s Compensation doctor is not sufficient.
